The Georgia State Golf Association needed to transform its membership from passive recipients into active participants.
I co-developed the brand strategy and built the awareness-first platform that defined “golf, the Georgia way,” positioning GSGA as the connective force behind Georgia’s golf culture and turning emotional resonance into a pathway toward engagement, membership value, and philanthropy. I led narrative across every channel: documentary scripts, social vignettes, brand guidelines, and a longform feature for the GSGA’s print magazine (100k+ circulation), with stories deployed across web, events, fundraisers, and a dedicated content hub. The campaign anchored a day-long launch event for C-suite executives and the broader golf community — and drove 40% new member growth, 1.2M social impressions, a 2x lift in relative search interest, and double the webpage retention rate within its first year.
