I co-led the research and discovery phase for a capital campaign launched by the historic Tivoli Theatre. In addition to making necessary improvements to the theatre’s existing space, the Tivoli was preparing to create a new arts center that would enhance its reputation as the “Jewel of the South.”
After facilitating a workshop with key stakeholders, we created a research findings document and developed the campaign’s brand, messaging, and objectives.
